Our client - a major UK coffee retailing chain – wanted to inject energy and learning into the second day of a Regional Directors conference.

Outcomes required

To share best practice in team working, develop ways in which delegates could work more effectively together on development projects, and practice these skills in a relaxed but realistic environment.

The Solution

We developed an active challenge, with an overlay of business management and leadership requirements. Regular facilitated review sessions ensured that delegates linked the learning back to the real issues in the workplace, and understood the behavioural changes that would enhance effectiveness.

The programme was developed in close co-operation with the client’s training and development specialists, and as always was designed with the outcomes clearly in mind throughout.
