Hi5 recently delivered a large-scale team-building experience in partnership with the CIM Business Centre in Cookham.

Following a full-day residential conference, delegates came together the next day for a carefully selected programme of team events, tailored specifically around the client’s objectives.

With staff travelling from across the globe, the focus was on creating opportunities to network, communicate, build relationships and, most importantly, have some fun together.

Our team designed a varied and engaging experience that encouraged collaboration, friendly competition and plenty of interaction between colleagues who don’t always get the chance to meet face-to-face.

It was fantastic to see such a diverse group come together, step outside their usual working environment and enjoy an action-packed day focused on connection and team spirit.

Cim Moor Hall is a large conference and training centre on the banks of the River Thames in Berkshire
